Whisker Fountain (Cat Water Fountains)

Will my cat actually use the fountain?

Most cats take 1 to 3 days to start drinking. Place it where you would normally put the bowl, run it for a few days, and resist the temptation to refill their old bowl. We have heard from owners whose cats walked over on day one, and a few whose cats took a week.

How often do I clean it?

Wipe the bowl and refill weekly. Full disassembly plus dishwasher cycle every 2 to 3 weeks. The stainless steel top makes this easier than the all-plastic fountains.

How often do I change the filter?

Every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on water hardness. Filters are sold separately or as a 6-pack bundle.

Is the pump really quiet?

Sub 30 dB. Quieter than a whisper. You will not hear it running in the kitchen.

Can two cats share one fountain?

Yes. The 2.2 L tank lasts 2 to 3 cats for 5 to 7 days. With more than three cats, consider a second fountain.

What size are the mugs?

11 oz and 15 oz options, depending on the design. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

Are mugs made to order?

Yes. Each mug is printed when you order. Our partner is Printify. This means a slightly longer fulfillment time, no overproduction, and no warehouse waste.

Shipping and Orders

Where do you ship?

United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and Canada. Other regions case by case, email us first.

How long does shipping take?

Mugs: 4 to 7 days UK and US, 5 to 14 days across Europe.

Fountains: 10 to 22 days depending on destination. Full table on our shipping policy page.

Will I pay customs?

EU and UK orders under €150 do not pay customs duties. US orders under $800 are duty free. Above those, customs fees may apply on arrival.

What if my cat does not like the fountain?

30-day return, no questions asked.

Do you offer wholesale?
