Wienerfolk ships internationally from two fulfillment networks depending on the product.
Mugs (Wienerfolk Pack)
Printed on demand by our partner Printify. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, then shipping adds the times below.

Cat Fountains (Whisker Fountain)
Ships from our supplier warehouse via tracked standard mail (Cainiao Standard, AliExpress Saver, or equivalent carrier). Exact carrier and cost shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination, order size, and current carrier rates. We display the final cost before you pay, no surprise fees after.
From time to time we run free shipping promotions on specific products or order sizes. These are clearly marked on the product page when active.
Customs and Duties
EU and UK orders under €150 do not incur customs duties. Orders above that threshold may include customs fees on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility. Our checkout does not collect them at purchase.
US orders under $800 are duty free under the de minimis rule.
VAT
Prices on EU and UK product pages include applicable VAT, calculated at checkout based on shipping destination.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days for domestic UK or EU orders, or in 21 days for any order, email hello@wienerfolk.com. We will reship or refund.
