We want you to be happy with what arrives. If you're not, here's how we sort it.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. After that, we can't accept the request.

What's Returnable

Cat fountains: Returnable in any condition — even if you've used it and your cat refused to drink. We mean it.

Mugs (made to order): Returnable only if the print is damaged, the wrong design arrived, or the mug arrived broken. Printify produces these one at a time on order, so we can't take "I changed my mind" returns on them.

How to Return

Email hello@wienerfolk.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label (US orders) or a return address (international). Refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Refund Method

Original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Photograph the damage and email us within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
