Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to purchase, or have a parent or guardian's consent if you're between 13 and 18. We don't sell to anyone under 13.

Products

Product descriptions, photos, and inventory are accurate to the best of our knowledge but not guaranteed. Colors may vary slightly on your screen. If we list something at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders & Payment

An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email. Payment is charged at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (suspected fraud, unpaid prior orders, supplier outage, etc.) at our discretion.

Shipping & Risk

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our shipping policy for timelines and our refund policy for lost or damaged packages.

Intellectual Property

All site content, brand names, logos, product photos, and copy are owned by Wienerfolk or our partners. Personal, non-commercial reference is fine. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

User Conduct

Don't reverse-engineer the site, scrape it, attempt to bypass security, submit malicious content, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products are sold "as is" except where law requires otherwise. We make no warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what's described.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Wienerfolk is registered. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law gives you a different right.
